Thiruvambady Sree Krishna Temple
Dedicated to Lord Krishna in his infant form as Unnikrishnan, this temple is a spiritual beacon in Thrissur and the only temple in the city with a gold-covered flag mast. It serves as a lead participant in the Thrissur Pooram, famous for the vibrant Madathil Varavu procession and its friendly, centuries-old rivalry with the Paramekkavu temple.
