We are looking for an energetic and highly motivated Marketing Intern to join our growing team in Thrissur. This role is perfect for a student or recent graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in the “Gold Capital of India,” where traditional retail and modern digital commerce intersect. You will support our marketing department in carrying out various strategies and campaigns while learning the ropes of the industry.
Key Responsibilities
- Campaign Support: Assist in the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns (both offline and digital).
- Social Media Management: Help manage brand accounts on Instagram, Facebook, and LinkedIn, including scheduling posts and engaging with the community.
- Content Creation: Draft creative copy for social media posts, newsletters, and promotional flyers.
- Market Research: Conduct research on local competitors in the Thrissur market and identify emerging consumer trends.
- Event Coordination: Assist in organizing local promotional events, store launches, or exhibitions within the city.
- Analytics Tracking: Help collect and analyze data from marketing scripts and platforms to measure campaign success.
Qualifications
- Education: Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; proficiency in Malayalam is highly preferred for local market engagement.
- Digital Literacy: Familiarity with social media platforms and basic office software (Google Workspace/MS Office).
- Attitude: A proactive “can-do” attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
- Local Knowledge: A good understanding of Thrissur’s geography and cultural landmarks (like the Swaraj Round and major shopping hubs).
